Internet Access
We offer an Always-On business class internet access at speeds up to 200
times faster than standard analog modems that utilize both DSL and T1 connections
to the internet for redundancy. You can connect any desktop PC or notebook
computer and connect to the internet instantly. This service is only for workstations,
and internet facing servers are not permitted with this offering. If you require
hosting an internet service on your own server(s), please inquire with Our sales
on how to obtain a dedicated link with a static IP address.
Phone Service
The BusinessMax phone number is for offices of any size, including small offices and
home offices (SOHO). BusinessMax numbers may be connected to the equipment of
your choice whether it be a softphone, analog terminal adapter (ATA), VoIP phone,
or an IP PBX system. BusinessMax phone numbers are available in over 1,500 rate
centers (cities) covering 25 US states.
A BusinessMax number gives you a local phone number in the area of your choice
that can be reached worldwide by anyone dialing to it. When someone calls your
BusinessMax phone number your phone will ring and display the phone number of
the person calling you. If you would like a local phone number in multiple cities you
may purchase as many additional numbers as you like on your account in multiple
areas.
With BusinessMax you can receive up to 3 simultaneous inbound calls to your
number. Any callers that call in while you have 3 active calls will be sent to an error
message. You can purchase additional channels for your BusinessMax phone number
to increase the number of simultaneous calls that can be made at the same time. All
inbound calls regardless of the number of channels you purchase include all incoming
minutes at no additional charge. You can add or remove additional channels at any
time.
